    Love this program!

    I have had hip and knee pain for 7 years! I have been through physical therapy, been treated by a chiropractor and seen a orthopedic specialist but doctors have been no help and even a custom knee brace did nothing for the knee pain.     Fantastic explanations & it works!

    This was a good programme for hip and back exercise. Having someone explain what you were doing and showing you exactly where to be in position was a great help instead of just looking at an example. I feel better after each class and am starting to understand what I need to do day to day to stop the problems from flaring up again. Very useful! If you have any pain in your hips - this is the class for you.

    Getting more and more mobile every day

    I'm having problems with my hips/knees not being as mobile as I would like. I love the explanations as to what to do, why, for how long and comments like "you may feel this way afterwards and it's normal". Less than 20 mins a day I CAN DO THIS!
