    Great Program! The exercises aren't that difficult but they really work! The teacher is very explicit before doing the exercises so they are easy to understand. He explains why we should be doing them! Very Satisfied with Better 5!

    5 days shoulder strengthening

    I’m working on it. They are good exercises. I feel like I can stretch a bit more but not much. It’s still is very painful so are my knees. I will try the knees exercises again soon.

    This is a relatively tough one for me.

    I have shoulder issues which makes some of these exercises difficult. I keep trying in hopes it will eventually help it. The exercises are fun for the most part & I am benefitting with my good side!
