    Gentle doesn't mean ineffective!

    I'm 74 and although I've always been (and still am) a walker, recently I've experienced increasing knee problems. So, I decided to try this class. I'm happy to report it's wonderful. I find most of the exercises in this class incredibly easy, but when it comes to anything using my knees, I am pushed to the limit (but in a good way). After doing this class every day for a month, I'm happy to report that I'm noticing increasing strength in my legs, including my knees. I intend to keep on doing these exercises.

    Gentle lower body strengthening

    I haven’t started it yet as I’ve been ill. I am trying to finish the gentle chair cardio vol 2 but finding it hard. Guess my cardio really needs a tune up. Looks like I’ll need to be in better shape for the gentle lower body strengthening
