great set of classes
After having two operations for knee replacement this was good for me to get back to exercising. I found it mostly easy but also challenging.
I like that the instructor is clear and thorough in the Tai Chi instructions. It takes time to learn something new like this.
My only critical thought is that I wish we could move along a bit quicker to the next task as it would help me stay focused, otherwise it is fantastic.
This course is excellent. It is challenging but gentle. It’s great for those new to yoga or those returning after a long break. Recommend it.
Just finished this class and will repeat over and over. Super well taught and I really have never encountered a video so comprehensive for strengthening feet and ankles…something a have really needed!

This is such a terrific set of classes. Very well organized ; difficult enough to be a challenge and help build endurance, but not so difficult that one can get overworked or injured. Exactly what I need

I have been in hand therapy for almost a year for a complicated injury including a fracture and torn ligaments in my wrist. These exercises are excellent and should be a part of everyone's wellness program, even if you have healthy hand strength. The exercises are gentle yet challenging and really help counter balance my OT program. Dr. Stevens explains each exercise and provides a great visual demo on form. Additionally, he reminds you not to crank through the exercises as these smaller delicate muscles are working a lot harder than you may think. I am incorporating this hand routine into my daily overall exercise program. Thank you so much for including hand health in your fitness offerings!!

This is slow, steady & doable, but keeps stretching the body a little more. Always feel better when I'm done, less achy or stiff. Very good for those of us who aren't as young as we once were!

I have not tried it; I have osteo arthritis in my left hip and it is very difficult to move. Am under the doctor and have pain killers medication, but the medication seems to bring the pain with it.
I’m enjoying Chair Yoga for Stiffness Relief for the third time. Each time I realize that I can move through the exercises more easily. I’m recommending this class and others to family and friends.
This course was excellent. Definitely helped getting up from a chair and strengthened my muscles. The instructor was great and I appreciated that he was a Chiropractor.
I’m continuing to practice on my own now.

I deal with a lot of spasticity, which impacts my ability to do multiple cita, stands, and this instruction was very beneficial
I found it very appropriate for a guy my age (77).
Different exercises again - so many great options

I love this class. It was short and intensive and progressive. I wish there were more classes than the seven days and that there was a volume two. . You can choose how much weight you want to work with. I am over 80 and was able to do them just fine and still feel challenged. If you want more, you could just lift heavier weights.
