Will I have to get up and down on the floor?

Your daily routine has absolutely NO FLOORWORK. Of the standalone programs you also get, over 130 of these 150+ programs have NO FLOORWORK. For any programs that do have floorwork, modifcations are provided or the exercise can be skipped.

How physically demanding are these classes?

Your daily routines are gentle & easy. Most of your 150+ programs are also rated as easy. Only a handful are rated as intermediate or moderately challenging. All programs are designed specifically to be doable for older adults. Modifications are typically provided for any exercises that may be more challenging; however most older adults will find nearly all of the programs to be short, gentle & manageable for what your body is currently capable of.

Do I need any fitness equipment?

Most classes use minimal equipment and many use only your body weight. Depending on the class, you may also need: A chair, mat, small yoga block (or stack of books) a set of light dumbbells (1-3 pounds), a resistance band and a foam roller.

Can I cancel anytime?
