Will I have to get up & down on the floor?
No! There's absolutely ZERO floorwork. All exercises are either performed while sitting in a chair, standing, or chair-assisted. You will never have to get down on the floor.

How physically demanding are these routines?
All exercises & routines are rated as "Easy & Gentle" and only 15 minutes in length. Anyone over the age of 50 will find these exercises completely doable. This program has been specifically designed with the needs of older adults in mind. Modifications are provided for many of the exercises. This is one of the rare programs for older adults that actually meets your body's abilities where they're currently at.

Do I need any fitness equipment?
Most classes use minimal equipment, this may include: a chair, a pair of light dumbbells (or soup cans), a mini loop band, clear floor space & an open wall area.

Are these classes live?
Nope, these are video classes so you can truly go at your own pace.

What if I miss a day?
