- Do I need to get down on the floor and back up? Some classes will require floor work, however most of the time you will be either sitting in a chair or using it for support.
- What equipment is needed? All you will need is a chair, resistance band, yoga block (a stack of books will also work), and a small step.
- How physically demanding is this class? Most of the exercises are simple and use only your own body weight. These are easy to do and require little fitness in advance.

Easy to do, good instructions. I would like more elderly partially mobile exercises and i would like a way to find better 5 easily (app?) as it gets lost within all my emails.
