Do I need to get down on the floor and back up?

Yes, some exercises in these programs do require you to get up and down on the floor.

What equipment is needed?

You will need a chair, towel, small weights (dumbbells or cans of soup), a resistance band, a step (or stairs) and a yoga mat.

 For Cardio Drumming you'll also need sticks to drum with (spoons work perfectly!) and something to drum on ( a yoga ball or a cardboard box)

How physically demanding is this class?

All classes are gentle & easy. Anyone with limited strength, mobility or endurance will find all exercises completely doable.
