I like that the class is only about 15 minutes long. The exercises are easy, but when I'm done I know I worked out. They are more challenging then the first two and I really like that. Being short I then have time to do a chair yoga class to keep my physical issues under control. Maria is one of my favorite instructors. She is always cheerful and explains the moves so they are easy to understand.
