I have been putting off working out because I didn’t know where to start, but then I just started and I’m glad I did, in just 2 days I feel good physically. Now I just have to keep up that motivation.

I feel more lively after each Class. I am 85, and it is giving me more energy and my limbs are feeling more flexible.

I love Better5 programmes for olderAdults. 15 minutes is a good workout time for us older adults.

I am 70 years old and have not exercised for a long time due to back problems. These exercises are great for beginners. I have repeated them twice and now I have more strength in my legs and I can get up from my seat without making too much effort. Maria is very good and it is easy to follow her. I love it.

I love the resistance class. Minimal effort for good gains. I like how you can make it harder or easier to suit your own needs.

I would highly recommend it - I am hoping a harder course will be made available at some point for more advanced users.

I started this to strengthen my back and improve my posture. I have done these exercises every day for three weeks and I have noticed my posture is better and my back is stronger. This is helpful when I walk my dog and for every day tasks like vacuuming and shovelling snow It only takes a few minutes every day. I do it first thing and I’m pleased with the results. Fit and Fabulous Over 55 - Volume 2 Digital Class

I have reached Day 5 of the Easy Seated Posture Exercises Class, and I am feeling “taller”, and able to stand with a straighter back with less pain. It’s beginning to feel better to stand tall rather than hunched over. Thank you for this class. I intend to repeat this set of classes again, and then periodically going forward to retain the proper stances.

Although this is a gentle workout, I chose it to help me get back into a daily exercise routine after recovering from a fall.
