A good start

I enjoy these stretches very much as either a warm up for the more intense exercise classes I participate in, or as a gentle start to a relaxing day. Either way these sessions don’t take up a lot of time, and the stretches and associated exercises are sufficiently energizing to leave me feeling as though my body has a real purpose.
