CLASSES RELEASED May 30, 2026: This month your challenge classes will not be available in your library until May 30, just before the challenge starts. Once classes are released, you'll have access to the entire program all at once so you can exercise whenever works best for you, on your own schedule. That means you can take more than 1 class a day if you’re feeling good or if you miss a day you can always make it up later.

Can I take this program more than once?
Yes! You’ll own all classes for life to re-watch again & again as often as you want. However, the support & community you get with this program is only provided from June 1-30, 2026
Are these classes live?
No. Just like Better5’s other programs, you will get access to the entire program all at once so you can go at your own pace.
When does it start?

Do I need to get down on the floor and back up?
No. There is zero floorwork. All exercises are done either seated or standing.
What equipment is needed?
You will need:
- Chair
- Pair of dumbbells, 1-5lbs
- Mini loop band, light to moderate resistance
- Clear floor and wall space
How physically demanding is this class?
This is a gentle & easy program specifically designed to be manageable at any level.
What if I miss a day?
No worries! It’s about progress, not perfection. Each class is so short you can always make it up by taking 2 classes in a day sometime later.
