Great Introduction to yoga!

I have been a fan of Better 5 chair-based classes for some time now, and have quite a collection of courses. These have enabled this 94-year-old to retain some mobility and increase strength, although the lower limbs are a problem, due to advanced osteo-arthritis of the knees and one hip. My daughter is a yoga enthusiast and with her encouragement, I have tried the chair-based head-to-toe yoga course and have managed to get to the fifth day so far. I find it helps with stiffness and improves my sleep if I do it late in the afternoon. Some of the more extreme leg postures are beyond me and I cannot always hold a pose for as long as our instructor, but I do what I can, and I will persist. Thank you for that.
