I enjoyed the class. Maria is one of my favorite instructors. She is easy to follow and has a pleasant demeanor. I do wish when classes have music to follow, we could actually hear it.

Fun 80’s Dance Aerobics Step Class For Beginners Digital Class

It’s a fantastic class, I am 74 and found it quite easy and like using the step to help me keep manoeuvring steps to buildings. I found my balance was okay now too since last year it wasn’t. Maria explains the steps quite clearly.

Very nice

The exercises are really doable and entertaining, and I felt I still have to do some efforts. I feel the progress.
I would enjoy it a bit more, though, if the music would be a bit louder and we could hear a bit more.
