FAQ:

• Do I need to get down on the floor and back up? Yes - there a few exercises that require floor work - however, they are easy to do and modifications are available.
• What equipment is needed?  All you will need is a chair, a yoga mat, a pair of light dumbbells, and a small towel.
• How physically demanding is this class? Most of the exercises are simple and use only your own body weight. These are easy to do and require little fitness in advance.
