Great stretching but not really practical for bed

I’ve done two days of this stretching program, and both days I had to get out of bed and set up my mat to do the stretches on the floor. I can do a lunge on my bed, but it’s more comfortable on the floor. Same with birddog, same with boat pose. I exercise on the floor all the time, but I was looking forward to stretching that I could do in bed right before going to sleep. Good instructions, good exercises, but not for doing in bed, at least not for me.
