These are great exercise classes and I am happy I can use weights as I have osteoporosis and need to try and strengthen my bones. Maria is great, she explains everything clearly and talks about modifying the exercises if they are too hard for a person. I also have sciatica so these exercises are easy for me to do.

Love it. The instructors are great and they usually give me options on how I can do the exercise. I do my best but I'm messed up. I have knee problems AND balance problems, so some of the exercises I can't do without holding onto something.
