No, all exercises are done either from a chair (or bed) or standing and using the chair for support. You will never have to get down on the ground.
You’ll need a chair, resistance bands, light dumbbells, a tennis ball & yoga block.
It’s rated as “easy.” All exercises are simple, gentle and designed specifically for anyone with limited strength, mobility & endurance.
