Finally! Exercises that Work!

I’ve been though the whole series several times. Each time I learn something new and I’m able to do the exercises a little bit better. This series helps keep the back pain and hip stiffness away as I continue to abuse my body by sitting at a computer for hours at a time.

The pain in my lower back, which comes from weak hip muscles, is greatly reduced after taking this corse. I find if I don’t do the exercises for a few days, the tightness returns. So even though I’ve completed the course, I go back and do a classes over again and the pain stays away.
