Pelvic Reset

The pain in my lower back, which comes from weak hip muscles, is greatly reduced after taking this corse. I find if I don’t do the exercises for a few days, the tightness returns. So even though I’ve completed the course, I go back and do a classes over again and the pain stays away.
Recently I took a day-long ride in the car; when I got out I was able to stand tall and walk without the usual stiffness I experience?
