Taking a while to complete

I am having to repeat the early sessions because much of the movements require more flexibility and strength than I currently have. These exercises would have been easy for me a few years ago before the osteoarthritis started in my knees as well as in my back, where I have scoliosis that was locked in place 25 years ago by a surgeon. Hope springs eternal when I sign up for these chair sessions that they will be for people who are truly struggling to get or maintain a degree of mobility or strength. Because of the failed surgery 25 years ago, which also caused nerve damage and chronic pain, I have limited mobility now. And am always searching for ways to improve at a slower pace in order to prevent further injury and pain. I really appreciate the opportunities presented by Better 5!
