Seated work phew!

Having been a hardcore gym enthusiast and runner, I am finding it hard to accept that at 68 I have to find ways to keep up my activities within my range of various injuries.
Better 5 have been Ángels. Melaniés seated classes pack a punch, you don’t realize how much she makes you work in a good way within your own range while working up a sweat.
I usually do couple of workouts back to back and I love them.
