• Do I need to get down on the floor and back up? Yes. The first class involves some floor work (Shalanne will show you how to use a chair to safely get back up). The majority of the second class is done from the floor.
• What equipment is needed? All you'll need is a chair, a mat & a yoga block.
• How physically demanding is this class? Most of the exercises are simple and use only your own body weight. These are easy to do and require little fitness in advance.
