    nice exercise

    I love Kerry.
    The only thing that I can’t do is alternating arms and legs. I just don’thave any sense of rhythm. (I can’t dance either). I noticed that this class is more or less the same as standing up. i think i like that better, but that doesn’t say anything about the class.Is there a trick to moving arms and legs in opposition?
