I enjoyed the class. Maria is one of my favorite instructors. She is easy to follow and has a pleasant demeanor. I do wish when classes have music to follow, we could actually hear it.

Have not tried it yet

I did it once but when the weather is good I get out to exercise and walk so I haven't done it again. I don't see where it is any different from any other program and where it would have any effect on my weight

Great course

Worked very well for me, originally purchased course because I had done something to my hip and noticed a difference the first day. By the end of the week I had no pain and now when I feel the slightest discomfort I run through the program again.

Helping with pain and mobility

Dr Ben explains each movement thoroughly and goes through them at a good pace. The stretches are helping strengthen my hip and lessen the pain.

Solved my hip bursitis

I have had hip bursitis in my right hip for several years. After completing the hip renewal 7 day class, I have had no discomfort in the hip nor any along the ilio-tibial band. I was able to take a 2 week vacation including a cruise around the Hawaiian islands without any discomfort at all. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
