A tried and true series of steps which does make the balance improve within a week
I am so happy to have gotten the class on Seated Myofascial Release, Vol 2! It has reached parts of my body that no other exercise programs have even touched. Even my crossed toes on one foot is beginning to straighten out. I can’t say enough good things about the class, it will be a ‘repeater’ for me. Thank you for making this class available.
Just love the classes but must be more diligent to keep doing them regularly
I am 80 and afraid of falls. This class is wonderful for helping me with my balance.

7 Minute Balance Exercises - Volume 2 Digital Class
I’m 75 yrs old and recovering from three joint replacements (hip and shoulders) in the past couple of years. After a week of the Indoor Walking Workout, I feel steadier on my feet and noticed improved mobility on stairs. I plan to repeat this 7-day plan regularly to improve my confidence to get back to hiking on local trails.
None of the exercises are too difficult or strenuous, but they do help strengthen what needs strengthening. I'm so glad I bought this.

Aha! Your classes have been by far the most pleasantly do able and effective exercise programs available, but Joyful Yoga is for you as a whole person, and could be taken even a stand alone.
I've been diverted by the June Rejuvenation & Summer strength building classes - which are terrific! Haven't had a chance to get into the other yet.

I was in an accident and 2 weeks later I am still feeling the effects in parts of my body. This class is helping a lot though, in getting rid of the persistent aches and pains. I keep rewinding back to the start of the series.
This is the course I return to time after time. It is relaxing as well as useful for the stiffness and chronic pain I have if I’m too sedentary. Shalane is so easy to understand and helpful in making the moves easier if you’re having a slow day. I feel better each and every time I practice. I will keep doing this class, and hopefully one day I can do the one for “full” mobility which requires some standing. She is a great instructor! I highly recommend this course. Oh, and when I first started, I couldn’t do the moves for as long or as complete as she did, but I worked up to it and it does get easier. Makes my body respond in joints that haven’t for some time!

Loving it. Easy to understand the movements, as Maria Raitt is excellent. Totally enjoying them all.
I use the Seateh Myofascial Release class to warm up in the morning or relax in the evening before bed.
