Even though I’m lazy and procrastinate a lot, I’m finally tackling this. It’s helping a lot so I’ll stick with it.
Really enjoying the chair Pilates. It is at the right level for me as I have mobility difficulties. I really like the presenter and she is very good at explaining the different moves
I am doing this on repeat. It really helps to keep my back flexible. Maria is very easy to listen to and follow

I love the way Maria balances the increased workloads in these two later volumes while keeping all her advice with alternative options in each exercise. I look at any course with Maria as instructor/guide.
Better5 is a great exercise program with so many options and variety!! I’m really enjoying the monthly challenge, the co-ordination and balance workouts, the seated Tai Chi, pain management routines and I look forward to trying more!! There’s so many to choose from!!
I feel my membership is just what I needed. Because the instructors are excellent in explaining the process it’s easy to follow. I enjoy working out.

I have had class’s before but never paid the money fee. Also my computer died and I lost all my class’s can you please check and help me in retrieving them.
