I'm sorry I have not been able to use it. Even lost track of it on my phone. I fell and have not been able to walk at all. I would love to be able to find the class when I am able to walk. Can we can you send me some info on where to find it? Thank you

I've only been doing this for a very short time but I'm loving doing this or one of the other better 5 classes every morning. Seems to have eased my end of day sore back. Love that the classes cater for all abilities.

Enjoying this work out. Easy to start and it is helping me to get back into my normal routine for the fall outdoor walking I plan to do.
The weather is often cold here, so it is a great standby.
I have finished this class and am now doing it again along with the hip renewal class. I have found them both to be very helpful. I have arthritis in my wrists, ankles, and knees so have had to give up my years long Hatha yoga practice. I was quite depressed about it, but your very good alternatives and teachers have made me hopeful again. Thank you!
I am enjoying the class. Will look forward to more opportunities for yoga from a chair, though for now am content repeating the class over and over.

Easy to follow and not too strenuous for an elderly person.
I have been declining for years after multiple surgeries becoming almost unable to walk with out assistance. I am gaining strength and balance daily. I hope soon to see a new better future for me.
