Exvellent.
The exercise program is adequate but was disappointed with the music. I apparently misunderstood the advertisement and thought the exercises would be done with popular 80's songs. I find exercising is much easier and more fun when basically "moving with the music".

Right now I'm doing the Dual-Tasking fir Fall Prevention and the Strengthening Lower Body classes and they are just what I need to improve my balance, coordination and confidence. Great classes. Please make more Dual-Tasking classes
I love the Challenges because it motivates me to keep going. Tavia always gives alternatives if you can't do a move one way, she gives another. They are great!
I’m really enjoying these classes. The monthly program keeps me on track much better than the shorter ones. Do continue. Although after a couple of years at it, maybe you could provide a slightly harder set for those who want it.
I enjoy these sessions and really appreciate the opportunity to exercise at home...on my own schedule! Shalanne is an excellent teacher, so calm and reassuring that it's a pleasure to work with her.
I’m 80 years old and I love this chair yoga
I have been exerciseing for almost 2 years at least 6 days a week thanks to better5. The classes are great for a beginning and offer a wide variety for the every group.
I am pleased with all of the courses that are offered and have taken advantage of over 20 courses so far. Excellent instructors.

This is an excellent workout for myself as it helps to strengthen the tendons and muscles in all areas of my body. I haven’t exercised for quite a while as I have health issues but I have to say I am beginning to feel the good results since I have resumed the 5-day Chair Cardio. Without hesitation I recommend the exercises as they are gentle but extremely effective. Thank you to Maria, the instructor.

I really enjoy learning all the steps and then putting them together! I would like the instructor to comment on specific muscles being used or how to make sure you are doing the movement with the best fitness results.
I've completed this course probably 5 or 6 times. It is the core of my workout routine. (get it? core?) Excellent class!
