So Busy

Having a home appraisel, been fixing evrything for 3 weeks in my limited week legs.
I am Done now and have the time to strengthen my knees and legs + upperbody.Starting Monday

Floor to standing

I have only done a couple of Maria's classes on this & thus far have found them great. I really like her encouraging words as she takes us through the movements. I am 71, & I can get up from the floor, but wanted to do this class to improve on it all, as 72 will come around quickly, then 82, haha, & we need to be prepared. Thank you Better5 for such good & helpful, challenging & inspiring classes. Pam

Challenging course

I found this course challenging in a good way. As someone who has suffered several falls over recent years, strengthening and balance are important skills to improve.

As yet I have not tried to get up from the floor - I am waiting for a specific person to be here to monitor my attempt and assist if necessary.

I will certainly be repeating this course.

Fun instructor

The exercises are presented with great instruction and laughter

Great product aimed at Seniors and others needing achievsble exercise programmes. Well worth browsing through their catalogue of courses.

Helpful aging

Almost 80 with bad knees this and the other programs help with balance and mobility. Can do most of the exercises at some level and I do two different programs every morning. You can pick what will help you.

Excellent provision

Better5 provides great physical activities which are well presented and go at an appropriate pace for those of us who are just a tad slower than we used to be! But as important, Better5 is great for my whole well being with superb support from the customer care team and the carefully monitored Facebook Better5 challenge group page which offers awesome peer to peer support and encouragement. My mental and emotional well being are well cared for too. Even when life throws an unexpected curve ball, Better5 daily challenge is a consistent and vital part of my life each day. Cannot recommend it highly enough! Try for yourself!

Life Changing

I am nearing completion of my 33rd consecutive month of the Better5 Monthly Challenges. Being a memeber means I never have to worry about renewing ~~ my new month's classes are always right there when I need them.

As I approach my 74th birthday, I acknowledge that time takes its toll on my body. But with my consistent use of Better5, I feel great, I am able to do all of the things I want to do, and my doctor tells me I am aging well. I am grateful for the structure and accountability Better5 Monthly Challenges provide. Thanks, Better5!

Great package

This is a wonderful addition to my Better5 collection. The classes are well-paced, interesting, and just the right combination of challenge and fun. The instructors are expert at coaching and encouragement and I’m really pleased to be participating.

Balance and fall prevention

I found the exercises quite easy to do and follow and I am hoping they will help me my balance at the moment is not very good so I will keep doing them.

The Pace of this series is Perfect for me

There is so much I am enjoying about the "Beginner Tai Chi for Body and Mind Health" series. I would like to highlight two things. First, I appreciate how the instructor is patient and gives us time to learn and practice each move. I am not naturlly a very coordinated person - moving my feet one direction and my hands another does not come naturally - but she gives me time and space to work on it until it becomes graceful. Also, I love that Sharon explains the names for the moves, like Grasp the Bird's Tail and Fair Lady Works the Shuttles; it just feels easier to understand the flow if I can tie it to the visual.

I like the soft gentle movements of these sessions a lot.

Beginner Tai Chi

I'm enjoying this class. Takes a bit of time to get used to the moves but worth it.

Better5 Exercise Review

The exercise program is adequate but was disappointed with the music. I apparently misunderstood the advertisement and thought the exercises would be done with popular 80's songs. I find exercising is much easier and more fun when basically "moving with the music".
