    I love the 10 day gentle pilates.

    I used to do two years ago but injured my leg. Now bought DVD so I can do in a larger space in my house. I also have the Yoga for Elderly I enjoy. I do yoga mid morning and mid afternoon I do two days at a time. Love your teachers. But I do not need more lessons for now.

    I thoroughly enjoy my 10 day chair Pilates DVD. When you get older, it’s not always feasible to walk outside due to ice and the elements. You can do these exercises in front of the TV , do them according to your bodies limitations.
