- Do I need to get down on the floor and back up? Yes, some of the exercises require you to sit or lay down on the floor. Modifications are shown for those unable to perform these exercises .
- What equipment is needed? You'll need is a chair, 1-2 pound weights, exercise band, and a yoga mat (or similar at-home substitutes).
- How physically demanding is this class? Most of the exercises are simple and use only your own body weight. These are easy to do and require little fitness in advance.
