    Amazing course!

    I'm on the second time around on this class. I mainly chose it to help my feet, and I have to say my feet feel fantastic! And the feeling lasts all day. It's easy to do, doesn't take much time, and the instructor is excellent at explaining how and why to do each exercise, without making you feel like you're out of shape if you need to do the easiest version. I've done 2 other classes that he teaches, and I would highly recommend all of them!
