Great workout

I have about 12 of these now and I love them. I am 80 years old and I do these exercises every morning. I choose different ones every day and will sometimes do 2 or 3 in a row. I start my day feeling as if I have accomplished something and I can also move better. The back pain video is one I do almost daily.
