    What a clear communicative teacher

    Just starting the class and loving it. Used to teach tai chi Yang style many years ago. In the body I have now I really appreciate the breakdown of the movements so I can adjust for my dodgy knees and shoulder and still benefit from this body mi d exercise. Thank you.
