Do I need to get down on the floor and back up? No. There is zero floorwork. All exercises are done either seated or standing.

What equipment is needed? You will need a chair (preferably with no armrests), a pair of dumbbells, a mini loop band, clear floor space and an open wall area.

How physically demanding is this class? This is a gentle & easy program specifically designed to be manageable at any level.

What if I miss a day? No worries! It’s about progress, not perfection. Each class is so short you can always make it up by taking 2 classes in a day sometime later.
