- What equipment is needed? You will need a sturdy chair with no wheels, a light dumbbell, a yoga block, pilates ball (or cushion), a resistance band, 3-5 feet of space, access to a wall, a door, and a broomstick (or a mop handle or something that is of similar shape and is about 4 feet long.)
