Great but fast!

I really enjoy these classes. A great workout and stretch. Just one niggle! Considering these are made for us more mature people, I take way longer getting up off the floor than she does and I find I have to keep stopping it to catch up. Some of the poses are impossible for me to do, but she does show you easier versions so you have something to aim for. Definitely money well spent!
