    Being a 77 old lady with many problem I have found your courses bought
    I have taken several of them but started just the first
    Try to start the first one with Dr Steven
    Some difficulties to follow english spoken but improved day by day. I'm a little bit under exercise.
    Anyway the movement are so clear that even without audio, easy to follow
    I'm sure I will reach the result expected
