    GREAT class for strengthening arms and shoulders!

    I'm 74 and I LOVE this class! Dr. Ben explains the reason for every exercise, as well as emphasizing that it's not only OK, but that you should modify the movements if you need to, so that the exercises work for you. These classes are a little longer than others that I've taken, but I enjoy them so much that the time just flies by. Although the title refers to stronger arms, these exercises also help to strengthen the shoulders. I'm happy to report that even though I'm 74, I'm getting some definition in my arms. This is a wonderful class, and one of my favorites in my library.

    I love this class. I’m on my second go-round with it. It makes a good companion with the Vol. 1 class. I alternate the two of them, so my body and mind don’t get too used to just one. Excellent instructor, very clear and engaging.
