  • Do I need to get down on the floor and back up?  There is ZERO floorwork for all exercises. Each exercise is performed either from a chair or standing & holding onto a chair for support. However, you do have the option of practicing getting up off the floor. 
  • What equipment is needed? You'll need a chair, a light set of dumbbells, access to a wall or counter & space to move. (Optional: an exercise mat if you'd like to practice getting up from the floor)

I have started this exercise. What I did was good and helpful. Lately I haven't done any exercises because I have a cold and so not had the energy.
