    Downhill Indoor Walking work out

    Love these. I need a lot of step up work on the step up platform. I love the pace with little explanations. I have exercised most of my life and do not need the extra explanations. (Very tedious) save those for classes at the beginning level. Thanks!

    Having done both Kerry’s other two walking courses, I was a little concerned I might not get as much benefit from this third one.
