- Do I need to get down on the floor and back up? Yes, some exercises are on the floor.
- What equipment is needed? All you'll need is bands, weights, an exercise ball (or cushion) and a mat.
- How physically demanding is this class? Most of the exercises are simple and use only your own body weight. These are easy to do and require little fitness in advance.

I've been through many paid and unpaid pilates classes online and in person. This is the best instructor I've ever come across. She's so clear in her instructions, and makes sure to mention lifting the pelvic floor (and turning on the core muscles), which many other instructors fail to mention. She is also free if the big ego that many others have online. She's fantastic! I thought enjoy this course! She also gives different level options.
