CLASSES RELEASED December 31, 2025: This month your challenge classes will not be available in your library until December 31st, just before the challenge starts.
Once classes are released, you'll have access to the entire program all at once so you can exercise whenever works best for you, on your own schedule. That means you can take more than 1 class a day if you’re feeling good or if you miss a day you can always make it up later.

Do I need to get down on the floor and back up? No. There is zero floorwork. All exercises are done either seated or standing.

What equipment is needed? You will need a chair (preferably with no armrests), a pair of dumbbells, a mini loop band, clear floor space and an open wall area.

How physically demanding is this class? This is a gentle & easy program specifically designed to be manageable at any level.

What if I miss a day? No worries! It’s about progress, not perfection. Each class is so short you can always make it up by taking 2 classes in a day sometime later.
