    Great workout

    I have 5 different Better5 programs and like them all. I can pick and choose what I feel like each day. I started doing 1 chair pilates a day and now do 3. I love being able to do these at home.

    If there is other class on strengthening and developing legs muscles I take it.

    REALLY WORKS WORKOUTI don’t enjoy exercise

    Great session. It’s not too hard that I can’t manage it, but not too easy that I don’t feel the workout and improvement. And good enough to repeat as you get stronger and gain balance.
