REALLY WORKS WORKOUTI don’t enjoy exercise

Great session. It’s not too hard that I can’t manage it, but not too easy that I don’t feel the workout and improvement. And good enough to repeat as you get stronger and gain balance.

I love this session! Seems pretty easy to do . You can exercise with helping your balance holding a chair. Then you can progress at your own rate, without the chair, and then using weights if you want to. I certainly knew I'd done a workout afterwards!!!!.... but at the time it was enjoyable to do.
