Already seeing results!

I've already gone through the Cardio Couch Boxing once and am now doing it again and finding I am stronger, my arms are getting more toned, and my stamina is increasing! I do it after the Chair Yoga class and find it is a great follow up to that! I do it three times a week. I try to walk on the alternate days. I love Better 5!!! I am 66 years old with some heart damage from CoVid and this is just the right amount of exertion for me without sending my heart into the arrthymia pattern that CoVid gifted me after myocarditus. This is helping reagin my energy and strength! Thank you, Better 5! Great class! I hope to work up to doing it with very light weights - like 2 pounds, maybe!
