Getting rid of the elephant

I’ve always had bad feet! Within the last 10 years, I’ve had major surgery to correct the deformity. But what keeps me going pain free is the Foot & Ankle Strengthening class.
Last month we went on a tour and did lots of walking and standing. Having completed the entire class just before the trip, I found I could explore museums and I wasn’t having foot pain.
Usually after a museum tour I feel as if an elephant is standing in my foot, squashing it flat. This class chased the elephant away.
