      My review on the Gentle Chair Cardio Volume 2 digital class

      I like this class because it's a good, low impact kind of exercise for me since it is still a good cardio workout even when you are sitting down on your chair. It's very useful for beginners and busy people (and moms) like me.
      I also like the gentle chair yoga and pilates class. I do this at night and I love how it makes me stretch my tired, achy muscles and gives me a more relaxing and better sleep.
