      Calming and STrengthening Lower Body Chair Yoga

      I am very pleased and impressed with this very calming lower body chair yoga class for its gentleness and strengthening and the smoothness of SHalanne in guiding us along as upon a gentle river. She gives us time to disconnect from all we are carrying and then ease ourselves into this journey.
