Old guy with bad back finds this program doable. Noticing improvements in week 2. Great format. Bright, enthusiastic and energetic instructor. Close to perfect. Exercise I am willing to come back to and make habitual.

Maybe TMI, but here's my review: I suffer with IBS-C and bought this class to see if it could help with cramps and get things moving. After the first class I had a BM within half an hour. So what I'm saying is, it works!
The instructor is knowledgeable and gives thorough instructions. Very helpful. This is the best class I’ve taken.
Excellent videos. Kelly is a great guide - very clear diction and easy to follow along to. Money well spent!

I was not able to use my phone with the program just now got the program on my tablet so I willstart09/21/2025.
I have a severe case of urinary incontinence and it’s been suggested that I go (away from my house to PT) once a week to physical therapy for possible help with my incontinence- I live 45 minutes for any available PT so it takes hours of my day to attend ,driving there and back while also attending the session . I would be in a class with other people and would not be able to repeat the steps while being instructed. I so… like being the only one in my classroom online and being able to repeat or stop and review with better5. THANK YOU?

To start the program because I was diagnosed with a bulging disk at L-3, and bone bone on bone discs at one through four. Is it safe to start?

I have only used the app a few times & I like it very much!
I really enjoyed the 10 minute exercise routine. It keeps me motivated. I can always find 10 to 15 minutes to exercise
